Our projects
Taata Kids Education Centre
Taata Kids has two primary schools in Mbale area. It allows more than 300 endangered children to access education. Most of them are from really poor areas.
Our aim is to improve Africa by giving them a proper education and needed resources.
Namakwekwe school
This school is in Namakwekwe district. We offer a better quality education than most of the public schools, handled by the government.
We provide education from Baby Class to P7.
Kamokoli school
The school in Kamokoli is dedicated to bring education to the most vulnerable children. Most of them are orphans. Our aim is to build an orphanage to allow more kids to acces education.
In Kamokoli, we provide education from Baby Class to P4.
Our new project
We have the vision to improve Kamokoli site in many ways.
We are renting the land in Namakwekwe but we are owning the land in Kamokoli. Thus, our long term project is to expand the Kamokoli site to welcome all our students from Namakwekwe.
We have the vision to build dormitories to host orphans and children from Namakwekwe. We also want to build Taata Kids Home as a place for the volunteers to stay.
But, we first need to finish the building of the class rooms, as well as buying proper school materials, food and medical services.
Other projects
Taata Kids is not only an education centre. We are also trying to provide needed resources to the whole communities around.
Harmony and Desire
We are working with an american organisation called Harmony and Desire. It is dedicated to sponsor and raise money for children who are not able to pay school fees.

99% Empowering mothers
We have a micro-finance program dedicated to give women the opportunity to build a future filled with hope.
We allow women to make loans with no interest rate and then access to a more stable economy.
We also provide them with basic knowledge around savings, loans and economy by creating social groups where members can share their ideas, their personal knowledge and experiences.
